Our classroom training strategy considers the clients' business focus and change requirements among other key variables to assess the current state of play and draw up a coherent training plan.
 
Our training consultants assist clients with Training Needs Analysis (TNA); they work in partnership with training- and line-managers to tailor training agendas for content as well as target audience; they provide comprehensive documentation to accompany the training course; and they offer a short post-course assessment to evaluate the learnings from the training event.
 
Our complimentary Training Assessment Portals allow managers to assess and report effectiveness of all classroom training programmes. The accompanying 3-month post-course review measures how well training efforts have effected change at work, contributing to the bottom-line for the organisation.
